The Natural Breath

Joy Breathing

The Endless Supply

Allow the joyful

intelligence that

lives in every cell of

your body direct

your path. This

vast inner-resource

is available with

every breath you

take.

Joy Breathing Offers:

Do you ever ask your Inner-Voice a question and get no reply?

Do you lose yourself in relationships or have more conflict than connection?

Do you ever collapse with defeat or fatigue?

Do you beat yourself up for doing or saying the wrong thing?

Do you hold your breath under stress like a deer caught in the headlights?

People often talk about the benefits of surrendering; of letting go of obsessive thoughts and wanting, but how do you surrender? How do you quiet your mind when it is racing? How do you let go of control when that’s what has made you safe?

Breath brings you safely home to yourself. With Joy Breathing, you develop the bodily-felt sensation of surrender, giving you an option between controlling the universe and collapsed resignation. Your own breath and its natural wisdom guide you through your life, revealing your authentic self. Your natural breath rhythm carries information to connect you to yourself and others.

Middendorf Breath Work* establishes a sense of oneness with your breath through presence and sensation. This connection shows you what is needed in the moment. You will learn to give up controlling the breath and allow it to guide, heal, balance and integrate your life. This breath work has 2 components:

“Five months ago, I thought this breathing stuff was boring and pointless. Now I feel the effects of Joy Breathing all the time. The same stressful job doesn’t bother me as much. I’m less tense and more flexible when things change. I am happier. What more could you want?”

           K. Parnell

“Carol is a patient, highly intuitive guide who helps me feel very safe. Her Breath Dialogue sessions are my weekly treat to myself. On top of it, she has such an infectious laugh that keeps me from taking myself seriously.”

           Sue Bennett
